When you start with myRocky, you'll complete a medical questionnaire online. A licensed Canadian healthcare provider reviews your responses and determines if treatment is appropriate for you.
What to expect:
- The questionnaire takes just a few minutes
- Your provider may follow up with additional questions via your portal
- If approved, your prescription is sent directly to our pharmacy
- You'll be notified by email once your order is being prepared
Refills: Your subscription automatically renews based on your schedule. If your prescription has expired, we'll send you a renewal questionnaire by email - just complete it and your provider will review.
If you see an "Incomplete Questionnaire" notice, log in to your portal to finish the remaining questions so your provider can proceed.
