Go to account.myrocky.ca and click "Sign in." If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email. To change your password while logged in, go to My Account.
Troubleshooting:
- No reset email? Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from a @myrocky.ca address
- Wrong email on file? Contact us via live chat or email contact@myrocky.ca and we'll update it for you
- New to myRocky? If you completed a questionnaire but haven't set up your portal account yet, click "Sign up now" at account.myrocky.ca
